- 1½ Tbsp Bioglan Coconut Oil
- ⅓ Cup Bioglan Acai+ Berry Powder
- 2 Tbsp Bioglan Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 2 Tbsp Palm Sugar
- 8 Large Dates
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a food blender, except for the cacao nibs, and process until acai dough has formed. Add in the nibs and pulse.
2. Roll into 1” balls and dust with Acai powder.
3. Place plate in the refrigerator for an hour before serving. Always serve chilled, or truffles will be too soft.
