Kale and Walnut Pesto
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- ┬¥ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 teaspoons Bioglan SuperFoods Kale Powder
- Combine walnuts, parmesan, garlic and salt in a good processor.
- Keeping the food processing running, slowly add olive oil to the mixture. Once combined add the Bioglan Kale powder. Stop and scrape down both sizes a few times, then blend again until well mixed.
*Serve over pasta, vegetable spaghetti, soups or as a tasty dip.
