Triphala is blend of 3 ancient fruits Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki that has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help support Digestion. It has also been traditionally used for Rasayana, a rejuvenation tonic to support longevity, vitality and wellbeing.
