- 1 cup organic vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Bioglan SuperFoods Coconut Water powder
- 1 tablespoon Bioglan SuperFoods Beetroot powder
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons organic vanilla yoghurt, extra
1. Put the yoghurt, coconut powder, beetroot powder and berries into a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the extra vanilla yoghurt into the icy pole holes.
3. Spoon the beetroot berry yoghurt mixture over the top gently press and paddle pop stick into the centre. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
