
Blueberry and Banana Wholefood Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 medium banana
- 3/4 cup calcium-fortified soy milk
- 1 sachet Bioglan SuperFoods WholeFood Smoothie powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine berries, banana, WholeFood Smoothie powder and soy milk in a blender that’s able to crush ice.
- Process ingredients on 'crush ice', or the highest setting, until smooth. (Some blenders may require extra water to process this mixture.)
- Pour smoothie into tall glasses and serve.
