
Breakfast Wholefood Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 250ml calcium-fortified soy or almond milk
- 1 sachet Bioglan SuperFoods WholeFood Smoothie powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine WholeFood Smoothie powder and soy milk in a blender, glass or shaker
- Mix, shake or stir ingredients until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into tall glasses and serve.
