
Choc Coconut Balls
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g Medjool dates
- 200g walnuts
- 1 desert spoon Bioglan SuperFoods Cacao powder
- Small handful shredded coconut
- 2 heaped teaspoons Bioglan SuperFoods Organic Coconut oil
- Handful of Bioglan SuperFoods Chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
- Chop/mix all the ingredients together, except the chia seeds, in a food processor.
- Put the mix on a plate and start rolling into whatever size balls you like.
- Then spread the chia seeds onto a bread bord and roll the balls in the chia seeds till they cover the whole ball.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours and enjoy!
